Time Luxury Exchange guarantees authenticity on all watches sold.

Time Luxury Exchange offers a Two Year Limited Warranty to all of our clients. This warranty covers all mechanical functions of the watch that was purchased; it warrants against manufacturer’s defects or malfunctions with the movement of the watch.

This warranty does not cover wear and tear of the watch, accidents, water damage, loss, misuse, or stolen pieces – but we are happy to help our clients down the line with any servicing needs; i.e.; polish or touch up. We will offer this service to our clients at a reduced price.

We will honor the time of the manufacturer’s warranty, and any watches may be brought back for servicing during this time.
